Community-run guiding on the Rwenzori central circuit

Rwenzori Mountaineering Services (RMS) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation set up in 1987 by people living around the Rwenzori Mountains, with booking offices in Kasese, Nyakalengija and Kampala. It holds the concession for guided treks on the central circuit, supplying guides, porters, cooks and hut accommodation for trips from short nature walks to Margherita Peak climbs. It also arranges transfers and guiding to other Ugandan parks.
