Overview

Gorilla trips planned from Kisoro, by the Virungas

Kisoro Tours Uganda is a locally owned operator from Kisoro town in south-western Uganda, running private and small-group gorilla trekking trips in Bwindi and Mgahinga since 2008. It handles gorilla permits and builds custom itineraries that add chimpanzee tracking, Queen Elizabeth game drives, Lake Mutanda canoeing and Nyiragongo volcano hikes across Uganda, Rwanda and DR Congo. The founders also started a beekeeping project supporting farmers around Kisoro.
