Overview

Community trekking and tours in Ethiopia

Tesfa Tours is an Addis Ababa operator set up in 2010 to continue the community tourism model developed in Ethiopia since 1999. Its holidays centre on trekking in the highlands around Lalibela and other areas, where over 20 rural communities provide meals and simple guesthouse stays, and it also runs wider tours.
