2 Days Murchison Falls National Park Trip

On this first day, our driver guide will pick you from the agreed pick up point. He will greet you, take you through the itinerary and then embark on the journey. An en-route will be in Nakasongola for rhino tracking which takes about 2hours. Exit the sanctuary and have a second stopover in Masindi for and early lunch and thereafter hit the road to the park for an evening boat cruise. You will cruise through a school of hippos, crocodiles, birds, elephants and buffaloes will be swimming at the shoe of the River Nile. Later, you will visit top of the falls to have a clear view of how the Nile forces its water into a narrow gorge making the thunderous sound. You will surely be convinced that Murchison falls are the world’s strongest waterfalls. You will retire to your lodge for dinner under the stars.

On the second day of the 2 days Murchison Falls National Park trip. You will arise as early as 6am, get your breakfast packed, meet your driver guide and head to the park headquarters. You will register and be assigned a ranger guide. You will be welcomed by herds of buffaloes, elephants, lion prides and leopards as they hunt. You will complete the list of Africa’s big 5 animals just like that. Other wildlife you will spot include; giraffes, waterbucks, bushbucks, hartebeests, kobs, birds, baboons to mention but a few. You will enjoy your picnic breakfast and exit the park. Arriving in Kampala will be in time for lunch, connect to a local restaurant for a scrumptious lunch. The driver guide will drop you at an agreed point, thus marking the end of 2 days Murchison falls national park trip.
